The international festival on your doorstep, Beyond the Border, is back at St Donat’s! A magnificent three days of stories and music from Wales and across the world, Beyond the Border celebrates its 21st birthday with over a hundred performances involving storytelling, poetry, music, singing, theatre, circus, puppets and films over nine different stages.
2014 sees the return of the renowned CAMRA real ale bar, plus world food, an extensive craft market, workshops, dedicated family area and activities, street theatre, lantern processions and much more.
Themes include Northern Lights: storytellers and musicians from Sweden and Finland, Dylan Thomas at 100, Dau Dafod: Stories in the two languages of Wales, Celtic myth, Travellers’ Tales, Sufi voices and Memories of WW1.
2014 sees the introduction of a new discount for people living in the CF61 area. You can also join the stewarding team and come for free!
