Join us at UWC Atlantic, a remarkable campus based in the grounds of St Donat's Castle, South Wales for a 10 day action packed adventure activity course led by the Atlantic Outdoors team.

The course is designed to develop and enhance your self-confidence, problem solving abilities, leadership skills and teamwork through exposure to a series of challenging adventures in a relaxing and fun based environment. You will have the opportunity to experience activities such as gorge walking, caving, canoeing and climbing around the South Wales coastline and the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Empowering you to unlock your hidden potential, step outside of your comfort zone and learn to embrace the unfamiliar through powerful shared experiences. Start your digital detox with 10 days of interacting with the natural world around you and viewing nature and wild outdoor spaces from a fresh perspective. Partake in new and unfamiliar challenges that will allow you to explore your potential through practical experience as well as personal and shared reflection.

Unlike other summer courses, this unique programme will not only develop and challenge you both physically and mentally, but give you the opportunity to share the experience with like-minded young people, creating powerful memories you'll never forget.

The team of highly experienced, skilled and knowledgeable instructors will guide and support you through your experiential learning journey. The Atlantic Outdoors team is registered and holds current licences for The Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA). Adventure activities licensing ensures that activity providers follow good safety standards and management practices. All instructional staff are highly qualified in their field and experienced at managing safety and risk whilst maximising the opportunities for learning and personal development.

Although the days will be challenging and long, you will have the opportunity to relax and socialise with other participants in the tranquil grounds of St Donat's Castle.
